  Delivery

  Most of our orders are shipped from our main warehouse in Somerset West, Cape Town. We do however have different holding locations across the country so some orders may be sent from other locations.

  There is a set delivery courier fee of R99.00 per item. The delivery method is door to door.

  SHIPPING PROCESS

  Once the payment has reflected on our side, we will begin the process of handling your order. Orders will usually be processed within 2 to 4 business days after quality inspection.

  A tracking number would be issued immediately after pick up of an order by the courier. We are utilizing services of the following reputable courier companies:

  Courier It, The Courier Guy, Internet Express, FASTWAY, Dawn Wing, RAM, Aramex, SNN Couriers.

  After the tracking number is uploaded to your order number, the courier company has 2 to 5 business days to deliver the package to your customer.
